Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At MC Studio, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15min late, we may need to shorten your service time to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. If you are excessively late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
